Location: Base of spine
Issues: Feelings of insecurity, fear of lack (money, food, safety), physical instability, difficulty setting boundaries.
 

Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana):
Location: Lower abdomen
Issues: Difficulty with creativity, intimacy, or expressing emotions, low libido, shame around sexuality.
 

Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura):
Location: Upper abdomen

Location: Center of chest
