The aim of this course is to help you release suppressed emotions and trauma from your subconscious mind and body in order for you to improve your overall well-being. As with anything in life, people respond to things differently and this particular course may not be helpful for you at this time in your life or not at all, but the goal is that you, throughout the course are able to let go of things holding you back in life and thereby be able to move into a new reality of life where you are able to experience the things you really want.
There are 4 different parts to the course, The first part will be focusing on allowing yourself to start feeling into your body and to remove resistance and fear of getting into this work. The second part will be about recalling events in your life that had an effect on you. Part three is about lifting and shifting past events by clearing space and the fourth and final part is about moving forward in a new direction. Each part has either one or more sections to it that includes an introduction, instructions, journal questions and a guided audio meditation. It is recommended to do this work in the morning when your mind is clear, but if you feel the evenings or during the day works better for you, then do that! Allow for 1 hour for each session.
How long it will take is completely up to you and how much trauma you have had and or want to dig into. It might be that you start now but is not yet ready to dig as deep as you want and then return when you are, be kind to yourself and let it take as much time as it need to take.

The first part will be focusing on allowing yourself to feel and to remove resistance within your body
In this part of the course, you’ll identify and release trapped emotions impacting your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Through guided meditations and journaling, you’ll explore how suppressed emotions, often tied to trauma, affect your behavior and body. It focuses on emotional release, self-awareness, and body-mind connection to reduce stress, foster healing, and encourage transformation. By letting go of past wounds, you’ll learn to respond to life’s challenges with balance and clarity, promoting personal growth.

The second part will be about recalling and discovering different events in your life that had an affect on you
In this part of the course, you’ll heal emotional traumas by exploring life stages—childhood, teenage years, adulthood, and relationships—through journaling and guided meditations. You’ll identify suppressed emotions, understand your attachment style, and process past wounds. The course examines how caregivers, friendships, and romantic experiences shape emotional patterns, offering tools to release negativity and create space for healing. By the end, you’ll gain insights into your past and strengthen future relationships.

The third part will be about lifting and shifting past events by clearing space within your body
In this part of the course, you’ll release unresolved emotional wounds. Reflecting on difficult experiences, you’ll use guided meditations to process suppressed emotions, understand struggles, and explore how trauma affects your life. Journaling and meditation encourage self-reflection, helping you address emotional patterns, heal past events, and create room for personal growth. The course focuses on fostering emotional well-being and enabling lasting transformation.

The fourth and final part is about moving forward and shifting your energy into a in a new direction
In this part of the course, you’ll release the fear and resistance blocking your goals. You’ll explore how fear—of failure, intimacy, or vulnerability—limits love, success, or happiness. By identifying and surrendering these fears, you’ll create space for change and invite positive experiences. The course helps uncover subconscious beliefs about worthiness, shift limiting mindsets, and strengthen your belief in deserving all you desire. Through journaling and meditation, you’ll release resistance and build self-worth.
